You do. You can arrange the domain and hosting yourself, or I can set them up for you. Either way they are in your name, and you receive every login and file.
It depends on the scope: the number of pages, the features you need and whether the content is ready. After a short conversation, or the brief you can build here with the project builder, I give you a specific estimate.
It depends on the size of the work and how quickly the content is ready. I give you the timeline in the first estimate, and during the build you see a live preview, so you always know where things stand.
If you have them, we use them. If you don't, I can write the text and source the images too; that is priced separately from building the site.
For three months, bug fixes and security updates are free. For bigger changes or new features, we agree separately.
I build the site with a clean structure, good speed and a proper mobile layout; these are the foundation of being found on Google. But rankings also depend on competition and on your content, and nobody can guarantee a specific position.
